Booking Options
You can book your appointment online or over the phone.
When Booking, Please Let Us Know:
- Do you need gel/dip removal?
- Would you like nail art? (Let us know in advance!)
Arrival & Late Policy
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to choose your service and color.
- If you are running 10 minutes or more late, please CALL the salon at (469) 298-8989 so we can accommodate your reservation.
- If you arrive 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment will be considered a walk-in, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
No-Show Policy
- If you have 3 consecutive no-shows, future bookings will require a $50 nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit that will go toward your service.
Cancellation Policy
- There is no cancellation fee for individual appointments, but we ask that you call to let us know if you can’t make it.
Group Bookings
- Group bookings are only scheduled over the phone.
- A $10 deposit per guest is required.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are NON-refundable but transferrable if:
- The appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Any unused deposit amount will be saved in the client’s profile for future services.
- In case of an emergency, rescheduling after the 24-hour period may be allowed with acceptable documentation.
Deposits are NON-refundable and NON-transferrable if:
- The appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours before or missed entirely.
- 50% or more of the party is late by over 15 minutes.
- 50% or more of the party does not show up on the scheduled date and time.
Personal Property
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Please take extra care to prevent any loss or damage.
Salon Rights
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Gratuities
Gratuities are welcome and greatly appreciated! For your convenience, you may tip your technician in cash or with a check endorsed directly to them.
Children
To provide a complete and relaxing experience to our guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving services with their parents.
Personal Possessions
We suggest that you leave all valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return unopened products for store credit within 10 days with a receipt. Only store credit will be issued for returns of products, or services by gift cards. For Credit Card refunds, please allow up to 10 days.
Nails Repairs
We know accidents could happen, but our seven-day service warranty ensures your confidence in our care. If your gel polish chips or peels, or if your acrylic nails are chipped, lifted, or broken, we’ll provide touch-ups or repairs at no cost, provided the issue isn’t caused by factors unrelated to our service. Please note that changes to color, shape, or design will be charged as a new set.

Gift Card
Available in any denomination for services or products. Gift cards are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards.

We accept cash, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Master Card. Personal checks are not accepted. Minimum credit card charge is $10.00
VIP cards
Bonus points earned during each visit will be added to your free VIP cards. For each 100 bonus points a $8 discount will be applied to services such as waxing, skin care, massage, eyelash extension, and ear candling. All personal information provided will remain confidential.
Health Disclosures
For your health and safety, please inform your therapist or esthetician if you have any medical concerns such as allergies, recent surgery, or if you are pregnant.
Military Discount
All military personnel must have discount coupons in order to receive discounts. Coupons could be obtained after service. This is our way of showing our appreciation
